What is AIU Shop?
We are a student-built platform containing three services: EcoRun (essentials delivery), a Bunny-Bazaar (buying/selling used items), and Bunny-Shops (student-run micro-businesses).
Can I sign up without a university email?
Yes. Register with your personal email, upload your student ID or eVAL document, and your account will be verified within 24 hours.
Is this official AIU software?
No. We are 100% independent and student-run.

How much is the EcoRun delivery fee?
The delivery fee has two parts: a base delivery fee of RM 1.50 per 20 items (rounded up), plus a per-item picking fee of RM 0.40 for each item in your cart. The total is always shown on your order summary at checkout.
Do you have bulk pricing for delivery?
Delivery is priced in 20-item blocks. The RM 1.50 base fee covers up to 20 items, and every additional 20 items adds one more base fee, while the per-item picking fee stays the same. Keeping your order within a single 20-item block is therefore the most economical.
How fast will I get my EcoRun items?
Deliveries are scheduled daily. If you order before our daily cut-off time, you will receive it the same evening.
What if the item I want is out of stock at the store?
We will notify you and immediately refund the amount for that specific item.

What is Bunny-Shops?
A centralized campus hub bringing all student-run businesses, food stalls, and vendor services together in one single storefront.
Does AIU Shop take a cut of my vendor sales?
No! We take 0% commission. The platform is built to support student entrepreneurship. Buyers pay you directly to your TNG eWallet or in cash.
How do I open a Vendor Shop?
Go to your Profile, click the Vendor tab, and submit an application. Admin approval is required to ensure quality.
BUNNY-BAZAAR & SAFETY
What is Bunny-Bazaar?
A student-to-student (P2P) platform where you can safely buy, sell, or thrift pre-loved goods, textbooks, and gear within the campus community.
I got scammed on Bunny-Bazaar. Can AIU Shop refund me?
Because payments go directly to the seller, we cannot issue refunds or reverse transactions. However, please use the "Report Listing" button immediately.
What happens if I report a listing?
If a listing or seller receives 3 or more reports from different students, the item is marked as "Under Review" and our moderation team investigates. Sellers found scamming will have their accounts permanently suspended.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM
What is the Affiliate Program?
The Affiliate Program lets you earn rewards for referring friends to AIU Shop. When someone signs up using your referral link (?ref=...) and completes their first purchase, you earn a free-delivery token that waives one base delivery fee block (RM 1.50, the first 20 items) on a future checkout. On top of that, you earn a flat RM 1.00 reward.
How do I earn?
Share your referral link. When a referred friend completes their first purchase, you earn RM 1.00 — a simple, one-time reward per friend. The reward is credited only once the order is marked completed by the platform, not at the time of placement. Refunded or cancelled orders never generate a reward.
How do I withdraw and when is my payment received?
Your earnings accumulate on your Affiliate balance, visible on your Profile page. You may request a withdrawal when your balance is RM 5.00 or more, or as a convenience you may request one withdrawal per calendar month regardless of balance. The AIU Shop team processes withdrawals via TNG transfer and uploads a payment receipt to your account. Once processed, the amount is automatically deducted from your balance. Requests may be rejected (e.g. if a payment cannot be processed); a rejected request does not deduct anything.
Do free-delivery tokens still work too?
Yes. Free-delivery tokens and the RM 1.00 affiliate reward are two parallel reward systems that run simultaneously on the same referral link. You earn a token on your referred friend's first order and the RM 1.00 reward once that friend's first order is marked completed.
What happens if Eco ordering is paused?
The platform may temporarily pause Eco ordering via an admin toggle. While paused, the cart shows a notice and checkout is blocked. No new completed orders means no new rewards are generated during the pause.
