2. Vendor Shop & Bunny-Bazaar Payments

AIU Shop does not process, hold, or collect fees for transactions made through Bunny-Shops or Bunny-Bazaar.

• Payments are made directly to the seller/vendor.
• The method of payment (e.g., TNG QR code, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer) is determined entirely by the seller.
• AIU Shop does not take any commission or percentage of student-to-student sales.

3. Fraud Warning

Never transfer money for a Bunny-Bazaar item before verifying the seller and the item. AIU Shop cannot reverse or recover funds sent via Touch 'n Go or Bank Transfer to a scammer.

4. Affiliate Withdrawals

Your Affiliate balance represents rewards earned from your referrals and can be withdrawn under the following conditions:

• Minimum balance: You may request a withdrawal when your Affiliate balance is RM 5.00 or more.
• Monthly convenience: Alternatively, you may request one withdrawal per calendar month regardless of your balance. Only pending or approved requests count against this monthly allowance.
• Processing: Withdrawals are processed via TNG eWallet transfer. The AIU Shop team uploads a payment receipt to your account once the transfer is completed.
• Automatic deduction: Once a withdrawal is processed, the amount is automatically deducted from your Affiliate balance.
• Rejection: A withdrawal request may be rejected if the payment cannot be processed (e.g. invalid TNG details). A rejected request does not deduct anything from your balance. A pending request temporarily reduces the amount available to withdraw.
